Event to Increase Fraud Prevention Awareness in Local Community

(Rome, NY, Nov. 28, 2023) – RT Federal Credit Union and M.A. Polce are excited to announce their upcoming Community Education Event titled “The Fraudsters’ Playbook: Understanding the Game.” This event is designed to provide community members with practical tips and insights on how to protect themselves from fraud.
The event will take place on Tuesday, December 5th, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the 3 Willows Event Center in Lyons Falls. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experts in the field and connect with other community members.
Topics that will be covered at the event include how fraudsters operate, common scams to watch out for, and practical tips on how to protect your finances. The event is free to attend, but registration is appreciated to ensure adequate space and refreshments are provided.
