Guide to Cyber Risk Management and Compliance
Between the growth of cloud services and third-party vendors accessing corporate data to the rise in remote and hybrid work situations, businesses face increasingly complex
We had the pleasure of participating in two statewide conferences in recent weeks. The first, put on by the 12 New York State Regional Information Centers (collectively known as RIC One), was the first-ever event for school district data protection officers (DPO’s). District representatives from across the state converged to talk about the latest trends in data security and engage with companies like M.A. Polce to learn more about partner services. It was great to see so many people turn out for the event and we hope to support future initiatives by RIC One. We also attended the spring conference for the New York State Local Government Information Technology Directors Association (NYSLGITDA) in Syracuse last week. We were honored to be the dinner presenter for opening night, and it was great to see so many new faces and old friends.
